Ethanol is our budget race fuel of the future
English Racing has now been doing E85 Ethanol conversions for almost 2 years to date, and we are still in love with the stuff.
We have found the conversion to be very simple and not much needed despite what the critics say. I have found a upgraded intank fuel pump (255hp) and 1000cc injectors are enough for 450whp through stock fuel lines, rail and filter. Above that level, larger injectors and a secondary fuel pump begin to be needed.
We have close to 40k on a few of our cars now with all stock fuel parts except injectors and pump
