Jeffs car keeps pushing forward. The car is doing amazing for our boost level. Jeff is doing a great job in taking small steps. We installed a Phantom Grip in the front which helped the car come out of the hole much better. On our 2nd pass at 36-37 Jeff ran the 9.3@155. For our 3rd pass I took the boost to 39psi but due to it getting dark since the 2nd pass. Jeff did no know the shift light was going to blind him. So he ended up lifting some but still went a new best MPH of 156mph. We did not get a chance for another pass after that.

Well the Evolution keeps amazing us with what it can do on stock parts. In our full weight SSL we clicked of a 10.9@126 and have ran many 11.0 and one trap of 127mph. This is one of the funnest street cars you will ever drive with full boost at about 3k and power all the way to 8k. We are about kicked out of ever track now till we get a cage for it.
At this point the car has about 7k on the combo with alum rods and electric water pump with no problems. We are trying to find the street use limit on alum rods for high hp 4cyl street cars.

This car is a group project between the team Lucas, Jake, TJ and Aaron. This is one of the funnest toy we have ever had yet. Its amazing the amount of stuff we can beat at the dunes with it and the amount of looks we get is crazy. Catching some air across the flats at 100+mph with no front window feels real fast.
So we had Pauls Evolution on ETS new dyno this week to see what we could do. We pushed it to 48psi to make the new power. The only change since last time was our Intake Manifold and 2 psi more.
So after this winter we finally got our Dyno Queen to the track. We are still getting the combo sorted out so with any luck we should have our 8sec pass soon. We are still on low boost at a peak of 43psi and avg of 40psi. The combo should be safe to 50psi. So once the right conditions are there we should be able to hit some better times.

35R or noting for Evos. The stock turbo is amazing.
So if you do keep on my site you can tell my updating is always on the behind. My Evo went under the knife this year to try and make some record stock turbo # which we have done.
- Paul Nelson and English Racing set the 2.0 hp record again with our Dyno Queen at 1079whp and 652wtqApril 1, 2008
English Racing takes Paul Nelsons car to a new level
So after a Sema we pulled Pauls motor apart to freshen it up and make a few changes to see if we could make some more hp.
